A little thick for a leave-in

Instead of spraying this directly onto my hair, I spray it into my palms and rub it into my ends. I find the application is more even that way, and that helps me ensure I don't put too much on my fine hair and render it greasy-looking. It keeps my hair in good shape (and smells wonderful). It would be ideal if I didn't have to take these extra steps and it could perhaps be reformulated in the future.

Absolutely no customer service

I ordered $115 worth of product. They didn’t put my full address on the shipping label and I have not got my package. The post office does not know where it’s at now and I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for a week now. Gotten no response at all. I’ve sent emails and I’ve called.

Made my hair fall out. Too heavy.

I used this for about 2-3 weeks and my hair started falling out so badly. It was so heavy on my hair too even though I followed their instructions and put it on damp hair and combed through. I was applying the minimal amount of product possible. I had to stop using it.

Ok but

Loved at first but sprayer stopped working so I had to pump it a million times to get tiny pumps out that I had to use as a cream I apply with my hands, ended up throwing out. Second time I’ve had defect packaging from saltair products, makes me scared to try the other products I want to try!
